Genuine Hotpoint Spares door hinge to fit integrated fridge and freezer models from Hotpoint

This Hettich door hinge is to fit the upper right hand or lower left hand of the fridge or freezer as you look at the front of the unit. Please note that we do strongly recommend that you replace both hinges at once as, normally, we find that when one goes the other is sure to follow and often customers end up re-ordering the other within weeks of replacing one.

There is now a lower cost door hinge kit available from the related items that allows a more affordable way to change both hinges and for more information on stability please see the guidance notes below.

Fridge and freezer door hinges wear over time, causing doors to rub, misalign, or even fall. Replacing worn hinges ensures safe and smooth operation.

About Integrated Door Hinges

Door hinges on integrated fridges and freezers are often Hettich or Ingol, although other brand-specific hinges exist. Top and bottom hinges are usually “opposite” of one another, swapping positions if the door is reversed.

We strongly recommend replacing both hinges at the same time. Many manufacturers now sell door hinges as a kit, as if one fails, the other is likely to follow soon after.

To identify Hettich hinges, check the number stamped on the plate fixing the outer wooden door (e.g., 3362 5.0). The hinge end may have a number (41.5 or 45). If it’s 45, contact us before ordering, as these can be model-specific.

We use Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch. Delivery times to rural or offshore areas will vary.

Heavy/Oversized Items

Items such as dishracks, oven tubs, and glass cooktops may incur additional fees due to weight and specialized packaging requirements. We will contact you if additional shipping is required.

Returns Policy

Damages

Report transit damage within 24 hours. Include a photo of the damage and the packaging to speed up the claim process.

Cancellations

You have 14 days after delivery to cancel. This must be done via email or support ticket (not phone/chat).

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been fitted for fault-finding, used, or custom-ordered.
